INTERVIEW:

1. What made you start your blog?

Beauty411 says: Because I have a background in Cosmetics, I’ve always had friends asking me about “what product to use for this”, or what was the latest, greatest product I had tried. A friend suggested I started blogging so that I could document my reviews and people could access them. I had been reading others’ blogs for years–Elke, yours was one of the first I had found–and it opened up a whole new world. There were other beauty addicts like me out there!

2. WHY do you blog?

I get a real sense of satisfaction in helping people to make informed decisions about the beauty products they buy. I’ve also learned so much and am looking forward to learning from my partnership with the BBN bloggers.

3. What is your all time fav product?

Oh, this is a killer question! I would have to say the Bobbi Brown Stonewashed Nudes collection. That’s my “go-to” eyeshadow.

4. What is the coolest thing that’s happened to you because of your blog?

I think it’s been fun learning about the PR side of blogging and being aware of that. Also, I’ve met the nicest people. I think that’s been the best part of blogging!
