1. What made you start your blog?


Our blog actually started out under a different title The Daily Adventures of Mommy J. It basically chronicled the daily “adventures” that come from being a stay-at-home-mom to a toddler. I started off talking about my family, then I would throw in some beauty products that I used, as well as tips. I loved talking about my family, but the beauty aspect eventually started to take over my posts. Eventually I decided to change the name, ask my friend to join me, and center each post around beauty…with some funny family stories thrown in.
2. WHY do you blog? It’s fun and it give both of us the opportunity to talk to adults about beauty stuff…instead of talking about the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse all day. Plus, we’ve met some great people through the networks that we belong to.

3. What is your all time fav product?

Just one? Hmmmmm….mine would have to be anything from the Kerastase line…basically anything haircare related. Christine’s would be any mascara in general…she will literally not leave the house without putting it on.

4. What is the coolest thing that’s happened to you because of your blog? Both of us getting to know each other a whole lot better, definitely tops the list. Also, meeting great new people and learning about the business side of blogging is a plus. Of course, getting to travel and getting to play with new beauty products is a dream come true!
