We so love a beauty deal. So does The Beauty of Life: Happy shopping! elke
Frequent browsers of Sephora’s website may notice one common thing. There is no sale section! Or so Sephora would have you believe. While reading Beauty Junkie in SF today, I discovered something quite unbelievable — there is an untapped resource of sale items on the site just waiting to be discovered! (Click here to check out her post.) How can these amazing deals be yours? The answer is so simple, we all should have thought of it. All we beauty chicks must do is type the word sale into the search box at the upper left-hand corner, and voila! A venerable plethora of products appears, all of which are fantastically cheap and, obviously, amazing to behold. Items change fairly frequently, so if you like something you shouldn’t wait too long to buy or it will be gone! I will totally be stocking up on these goodies before it’s too late.
Sephora Brand Creme Brulee Bath Collection (normally $15-$18, now $6-$8): Body Butter, Body Lotion, Bubble Bath, Shower Gel and Dry Oil that smell like cake? How can you say no? The combination of custard, caramel, Tahitian vanilla, white amber and coconut just sounds so delectable, and the Dry Oil is perfect for soft summer skin.
Bourjois So Laque! Nail Enamel (normally $9, now $6.30): I’ve been a fan of these nail polishes for about six years. The staying power is incredible, the color is rich and beautiful, and the bottles are helplessly elegant. I’m totally in love with Rose Vamp, which is a creamy fuchsia that totally punches up my pedicure.
Bourjois Effet 3D Mobile High Shine Lip Gloss Cell Charm Accessory (normally $9, now $6.30): What’s better than rooting around in your bag for that tube of lipgloss you just know you dropped in there this morning? Why, having one attached to your cell phone, of course! The 10 shades are all totally gorgeous, but my fave is Rose Idyllic — a soft peach with just the subtlest hint of shimmer.
Bourjois Baume de Nuit Night Lip Balm (normally $10.50, now $7.35): I’m thinking this could give my Smith’s Rosebud Salve a run for its money! The tin feels like something you’d pick up at an age-old apothecary, while the tinted balm within is formulated with emollient oils to repair chapped and dry lips while you sleep. What could be better?
Hard Candy Bling Bling (normally $16, now $8): What an ingenious method for storing tons of fabulous makeup in an easy, “I don’t take up any space in your makeup bag” design. Each stackable pot comes with one glamour-inducing glitter and two base shades — nude and black — that really make your eyes pop.
