I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all of the people who will participate in this years Run For The Cure on October 5, 2008 in downtown Toronto. For me the most moving part of this event is when the participants walk or run past Princess Margaret Hospital and see many patients up above in the windows, looking on us and cheering us on. Let’s find a cure!!

    Thank you

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, First Lady, Laura Bush, showed her support by having the White House lighted up in “Pink” and held a ceremony on the White House lawn. I thought this was an amazing act of support for the cause.
